Shipping
With the exception of a few selected prints (see Note below), all orders are shipped through Canada Post. Most orders will ship within three business days. The shipping fees from Canada are:

Canada: Starting at $13.95 (delivery within 5 business days* for all major urban centers – includes a tracking number)
USA: Starting at $18.50 (delivery within 5 business days* – includes a tracking number)
All other countries: Starting at $60.00 (delivery within approx. 5 business days* – includes a tracking number). Note: We are aware that the international fee is very expensive but please note that it is less than our actual cost (the only other cheaper international option is to ship by boat but it takes 2 to 3 months for delivery and the cost is $35…sadly, we’re not kidding).
* From the day the order is shipped.

Note: The Yumiko Kayukawa, Jeffery Scott & Saturno Butto prints are shipped via the United States Postal Service and the shipping fees are:
USA: Starting at $16.00 (delivery within 5 business days* – includes a tracking number)
All other countries: Starting at $37.50 (delivery within approx. 7 business days* – includes a tracking number).

Packaging
All prints are sent in tubes that have a wall thickness of 0.125 inches (said to be “almost impossible to crush”). Each poster is carefully rolled up in kraft paper and we add tissue paper to protect the front of each poster.

Taxes
All orders shipped in Canada are subject to the sale taxes that are applicable in the province where the prints are shipped (GST, PST and/or HST). Orders being shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes.

Currency
All the prices in the store and shipping fees are in U.S. dollars. Currently, the application that we use for our store only supports a single currency.

Customs
We are not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees which may be incurred when importing goods into another country.

Returns
You can return an order (in full or in part) up to seven days from the date that you receive your order. We will offer you a full refund for the print(s) returned in the same condition they were initially shipped (if not, customers will be notified and all items will be shipped back at their expense with an explanation). Note that you will be responsible for all the shipping costs (to and from) and, if applicable, custom, duty and brokerage fees. As well, when returning a print, we ask that you use a service which includes a tracking number and we would please ask you to contact us at info [at] vonscaramouche [dot] com before returning your order.

Replacement
We will replace posters that have been damaged during the shipping process. However, damaged items must be returned to receive a refund or replacement poster. Replacement posters are subject to availability at time of replacement. von Scaramouche reserves the right to choose between a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Lost Parcel
We ship all the orders with a “Delivery Confirmation” service. If an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense. However, if an item is shown as “Delivered”, we will not replace that item or provide a refund. Please be friendly with your local postal carrier and inform him/her how to handle your mailing tubes should you not be available at the time of the delivery.

Cancellation
Please also note that von Scaramouche reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whether you have made payment already or not. In the rare event that you do get charged and your order is canceled, we will reimburse you in the full amount of the purchase.



Payment
When checking out, you will be brought to the Paypal site where you can pay with Visa, Master Card or Paypal. Note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to make your payment.

Availability
All the prints available for purchase in our gallery are in hand at von Scaramouche. We do not offer prints that we do not have in our possession. However if, for circumstances beyond our control, a print shows to be available when we are out of stock, we will refund your purchase immediately. As well, from time to time and for a specific print, we may impose a limit of one per order and one per household.
